HTML banner

A HTML banner is a form of promotional material which can be used by a visitor of a publisher to make a selection before clicking on the website of the merchant. An example of a HTML banner is a search form containing search options. The minute the visitor has made a selection of filled in the form, the visitor is sent to the website of the merchant. The selected options will be sent with the transfer.
